## Agenda

Join us for a focused training session on getting the most out of Microsoft Planner.

We’ll cover core planning features—creating plans, assigning resources, and using Grid and Board views—before exploring advanced capabilities like premium templates, the AI Project Manager Agent, dependencies, custom fields, portfolios, baselines, and critical path analysis.

You’ll also see how Planner integrates with Teams and Outlook, how to upgrade basic plans to premium, apply improved filters, export to Excel, and use app-powered tasks. The session concludes with a licensing update and live Q&A.
